___ Classic NYC 'Full' and Prestige NYC 'Corner Set': NEW 2024! These benches are sized for shallow hearths typical to NYC brownstones and pre-war co-ops. Whether the f/p is functioning or not, these benches add seating, design and relevance: starting at $3,500 (up to 60" x 20", plinth base, COM). ​​
Price is determined in Design Phase and adjusted for ADDED SIZE and FEATURES.
Prices do not include crating, shipping, installation, CT sales tax (if applicable) ​

Design Consult: To start, we require above measurements and pictures of the fireplace:
up-close and from a 45-degree angle showing details of hearthstone-floor area, fascia and stiles surrounding the firebox
As needed, I'll guide you through detail measurements via phone, face-time, your photos ... we do this for clients all across America. We then quote a custom price range. To proceed we require a 'Design Installment' for which you get a schematic rendering of your Bench & F/P.
Lead Time: about 6 weeks including selection of upholstering material and regional delivery. Crating & Shipping adds @ two weeks.
Notes on Features, Options & Customization

Our Frames: solid iron, forge welded, clear-coat finish, shot-gun grey or custom painted.
Consider the following design features: some included in base price, some will be extra.

Custom Ironwork Design: We'll work from your sketch or photo.

Custom Baluster Spacing: customize the pattern; we'll play with this in Design Phase.

Twisted Balusters: an impressive design element … center twist or full baluster twist.

Extra Balusters: a high value feature that narrows gap spacing.

Choose a Designer Fabric to integrate/enhance overall room design.

Button Tufting: may require thinner leather ... submit leather sample.​
Upholstering is included in price: we use professional upholsterers to the design trade.
For Contemporary: Choose a designer fabric, tufted top, nail-heads, welting, etc.
Leather: choose from our vendor www.LeatherHideStore.com (hundreds of choices) or
"Client's Own Material" - leather, fabric, vinyl, kilim, etc. with "COM" price credit.
Oak Skirt: standard is 3.5" wide x 3/4" high with an ogee routed top edge and dark stain.
In lieu of the oak skirt, we can add a 'plinth' design element to the baseplate.
If you have a fireplace in the Master Suite or Dining Room? A club fender will add function, design and relevance for all seasons … fire burning or not.
Club Fenders make a wonderful commemorative: alumni class gift, memorable corporate recognition, private golf clubs, landmark buildings, etc.
